- Exchanges or returns for STORE CREDIT are available for items in original condition with tags attached only and return must be started with 7 days of receipt of the item.
-These items must be in original condition and packaging.
-If the item is defective, please contact me right away and we will address the issue outside of the usual return policy.
-**Some items will have a different policy and if so, will be in the items description or within the packaging you receive when you receive your item(s).
-As always, customer service is number one, so please contact me via email if you do have an issue with an item and we will get it sorted out as quickly as possible.
-Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
-Shipping cost is $7
-All orders are shipped Monday-Friday only and most items will ship within 3-5 business days. The "ship from" location may differ based on the item's warehouse location. If the processing time is longer than 3-5 business days, that information will be found in the description of the item you are purchasing.
-You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as possible so you may track your order.

-You may choose "local pickup" as your shipping option if you will be picking up your purchase. The shop is located in Manahawkin, NJ.
